Hi Wayfair Team, I need your assistance with a situation regarding the PO number CS487244121. Unfortunately, there seems to have been an accidental approval of the cancellation request with a “Yes” response. This was not intended, as the item had already been successfully delivered to the buyer.

Could you please help us rectify this situation? You may want to consider contacting the customer to verify if they have indeed received the item. The tracking number for this delivery is 9361289698024010318701, and it was confirmed as delivered on September 30th at 1:23 PM.

If the customer wishes to initiate a return, given that the cancellation request was submitted on October 1st, just after the item was delivered on September 30th, at 1:23 PM, we are open to accommodate their request. Please inform us of the customer’s preference.
