This is the 4-hole old-style faceplate used on the Hayward sp-1411 vinyl liner inlet fitting. This older version has 1-1/2″ female threads on the inside. This is where the eyeball screws in material: white abs plastic. This is round with 4 evenly spaced holes on the front and a completely flat back with 2 small partial holes. The 4 screw holes are 1/4″ and have countersinks that are 15/32″ in diameter. The 4 screw holes are 2-7/16″ apart on the centerline from one hole to the opposite hole.
